Help to change state by clicking a button
Hi everyone
I need help to create a button that changes the status of my case when I click it, I need it to go from New to Under Review, also when I click it, the worklist must be updated and the case finished

@JesusP16589619 For changing the status , you can use Pega OOTB UpdateStatus activity.
What exactly do you mean by worklist updated and case finished? Case is finished when it is resolved or are you talking about the current assignment to be finished?

Hi @JesusP16589619: Can you confirm if the case is assigned as a assignment to a user at the point you mentioned?
If so you can configure the status update in the flow. When the user clicks on the default submit button, it will forward the flow. Once the flow is forwarded, the assignment will be completed and will be removed from the work list. But it will process the next steps in the flow.
If the button which you mention is an additional option on top of the default one, you can add a additional action in the assignment.

@JesusP16589619 configure the run activity action set and use pxChangeStage activity. set ChangeToStage parameter with stage name where case status will be set to Under Review and set CleanUpProcesses parameter to true to remove assignments in current processes.
