Not able to use skin for harness Container

This can be achieved through the Application Skin - Container Styles. Make sure your Application skin is referred and used by your appication

Kindly note that we are trying to apply a custom format to a harness-container which is different from a layout-container. Skin’s Component Styles Tab has ‘Containers’ as one of the dropdown options under the category ‘Layouts’ and this applies to a layout-container only. The formats we create here cannot be applied to a harness-container.

Click the View-properties gear icon to open the 'Layout Properties' of a section.
A pop-up will appear and it will give us a dropdown to choose Container format.
Options of this dropdown are configured @ Skin rule >> Component styles >> Containers >> Style formats
These styles could be applied to any section / layout.

The above option is not found in the 'Container Properties' of a harness.
Instead it has two dropdowns Format and Header Type.
Options of these two dropdowns are nowhere to be found in the Skin rule.
The skin does not provide any configurations to create custom styles for these and apply them to a harness.

Harness-container will be deprecated soon; it will be replaced by a new feature called screen layout format and it could be customized in the skin.

The changing of the containers depends on the particular harness so please give some more details about your requirement.

And the main point is you have to give the harness name on the assignment shape where you are going to perform the assignment.
