Grid Filter and Localization

I am having the problem described on SA ID: SA-37957. Hot Fix 34363 is already installed in the system.


The changes mentioned on the SA are present in the system with the following details.

I have a grid layout and I am using the field value PegaCRM-Work-.Raiting however I can only find results if I search for the text in english, if I search it in German (as we are having a localized version in German), it does not work.

I have a grid layout and I am using the field value PegaCRM-Work-.Raiting however I can only find results if I search for the text in english, if I search it in German (as we are having a localized version in German), it does not work.

I have tried to display the control as:

  • Dropdown
    • Read Only and Display text of the Option (this will show in German OK)
  • Formatted Text
    • Display text of selected option (this will show in German OK)
    • Localize Property Value (this will show in English Instead of german NOT OK)

The column on the grid layout is configured Filtering:Auto and Filter by:Format

In any case when I do the filtering by free text, it will only return results if I search in English

Any ideas? or are there still issue with filtering and localization after the Hot Fix?
