Grid Displaying duplicate records

I have designed a requirement which consists of column customization along with pagination, however it is displaying duplicate records.

please find the below configuration

1) Enabled Column customization with pagination set to 100( Displaying duplicate records)

2) Disabled Column customization with pagination set to 100( Not displaying duplicate records)

3) Enabled Column customization with pagination set to 10 +(Displaying duplicate records)

4)Enabled Column customization with pagination set to none( Not Displaying duplicate records)

Could you please let us know how duplication of records can be avoided or is there any remedy steps for pagination to avoid the duplicates.
