Print records of a repeating grid

How to print all records of a repeating grid using button. When using ootb Print event, it's printing data of workitem, not grid results. OOTB print functionality prints whatever is available in Work-.printview harness. I created a new harness referring the section having the grid layout. Also, I created a new activity customizing PrintWork and refered this harness in the activity. Even though it didn't work. I am using 7.4 version. Please help me out on this.

I have a follow up question though. Rather than attempt to print the contents of the grid, why don't you include an export to excel button and it would make it easier to print the contents from excel file using the standard print available in excel?
