Getting XML pop up instead of WO on click of row in report definition.
Hi Team,
We have upgraded from PRPC 6.1 to PRPC 7.2 and created report definitions as an alternative of summary views and list views using OOTB utility (pega 7 upgrade accelerator).In one of the report definitions which is in pega class, we are getting an XML pop up on click of any row instead of opening work object. Configurations are same for all the report definitions but the only report in pega class is behaving like this.
We have raised a SR-B33385 regarding this issue.please, let us know any solution regarding this issue.

Hi Jitesh_Samani,
Per the SR this was the resolution: "Onclick WO will open only when RD is defined in Rule- Data- & Assign- . For other classes it won't work.
If you want to disable the XML popup, you should uncheck 'Get Row Key' under Row key settings.
To implement onClick behavior, use Grid with RD as source and configure popup on click. "

Upgrade Accelerators are add on components on Pega Exchange which are not officially supported by Pega.
You need to debug and fix this issue manually. Please close your SR.

What content is being shown in this report definition, it is Work/Cases, Data or other records?
Try to post the configuration or screenshots for us to understand the issue.
If it is happening even when the report definition is manually created, then the issue is not related to the Upgrade Accelerator.

Hi,
Case information is shown in report Definition.On click of any row should open work object with case details but it opens a popup window containing XML data. We had a sceen-sharing session with pega team long back but we didn't get any solution. All other details are given in SR-B33385.
