Getting previous work objects list of customer by providing device type, device model & customer's name.

Hello, I have created case type with name Service Request. Now I require previous service history of customer for whom service request is to be generated. How can I achieve this?

Hi Marc,

I want to create an application which allows Customer Service Executive to create a Service Request case based on the information received from the customer.

Case details to include - Name of the Customer, Device Type, Device Model, Problem Description and Previous Service History.

Previous Service History will refer to all previous service cases of the customer for the Device Type and Device Model.  Device Type and Device Model combination is always unique.
