Interaction case is configured with default locking initially and as per the new requirement client doesnt want any timeout on this. So, we have decided to change it to Optimistic locking and we updated the OOTB case outbound call case type to Optimistic locking.
But when testing, we have observed that when user is submitting the case after 30 mins or longer idle time on the case, we are getting LockRequired error.
And no record is shown in system-locks for that case, as this is optimistic locking.
any solution to resolve the issue would be helpful. do we have to do any additional configurations or system restarts after changing the locking strategy on case?
