We have a DB Template created for writing data in a table. We are referring the DB Template in an SMS shape with write to db feature. While we are running campaign we are not able to save the record in the destination table. The records are getting stuck in the out bound staging table. I traced the Master Outbound agent and found that there is an issue with the db template as it could not be accessed. The reason being in the table "MKT_TEMPLATE_RUN_DB" (which is the table that holds all the db templates that we create) the "Locked" column for this db template is True. For all others it is false. How to make this work.
