Getting HTML codes in the description of a delegated Data type

Hi All,

I am getting the following format when i try to enter (e.g. client, FID)

This is happening when i click edit on the delegated data type.

I set up a test in 8.1.5 and see the issue there so it looks like the change was not included in 8.1 or there is a different root cause. Please open an SR so it can be reviewed and addressed in a patch release.
