Getting error while adding a section to portal in App Studio in cosmos ui

We are using comos-ui and i am trying to add a new section portal left panel below  pusle tab. Getting error while adding. 

Steps:

Open AppStudio.

Create a case - > enable Design mode-> Add Section -> Click + Icon to add section.

can some one help me on this.
