Getting error when used validation rule . Kindly suggest

1. on the post processing of the flow action calling a validate rule to check whether first name is same as last name or not.

2. If true, validate rule throws an error message saying" Last name should not be same as First Name"

But, the error message is displayed at both property and harness. I want to display error message only on the property level.

please find the attachment and kindly suggest on this.

If you add validate rule in Flow Action [under Validation tab], the message will be displayed on both property and harness. This is an expected behavior.
