Use the FormatDateTime function to get the appropriate date by passing the required timezone as a parameter.

E.g. @(Pega-RULES:DateTime).FormatDateTime(@(Pega-RULES:DateTime).getCurrentTimeStamp,"MM/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss a", "EST", "en_US")

Thanks for posting your query on PSC.

I agree with Patrick's suggestion (that is) to use FormatDateTime passing EST as timezone parameter. Refer https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/how-get-timestamp-value-est, a Support article on PRPC 6.3. However, you can try it on Pega 7.
