Time chage from GMT to EST

Hi,

I need to handle a request showing the date to 12:00 AM of current date. I have section with From date and To date. From date should always be set to 12:00AM EST of current date. Our clipboard always have time in GMT and we need to change it to EST considering daylight savings as well.

From March to Nov EST is GMT-4 and from Nov-march EST is GMT - 5. W are using PEGA 6.1v.

Can anyone please help me to handle this scenario?
