Generated pdf contains portal header and recent activity

I am experiencing problem with Create PDF smart shape. If I create case from developer portal or case manager portal and smart shape Create PDF is reached pdf is added to attachments and looks as it should. When case is created in pyCaseWorker portal generated pdf contains portal header and recent cases from left navigation.

Hello Michal,
As suggested we can go with the work around on the final activity however I am working with our product team to see if we can get a hotfix for this on PRPC 7.2.2
Local work around suggested
Copy the pxCreatePDF activity into your ruleset and replace the pzCreatePDFHarnessWrapper with a custom HTML stream which includes your section in the property-set step

@MPARTIKA - what version of PRPC are you using here ? I have a vague memory this might be a sporadic issue with 721 - but *not* 722 ...
