Hi all, 

I used Pega GenAI capabilities in my Pega Community Edition. To enable the GenAI functionality I enabled the depending GenAI toggle in the toggle management landing page, as also described in another resolved post (https://support.pega.com/question/genai-avaliable-community-edition). 

After that I added GenAI shapes into my flow with corresponding rules and logic. Everything worked fine.

Now I had to switch to another Pega environment (Pega Cloud), but the GenAI functions are not working anymore. I get the error, that the connection to the GenAI is not possible.

The root cause is that the "pyAzureGatewayBaseURL" is empty by running the final data page D_pyGetPegaGenAIGatewayServiceBaseURL. I compared everything with the old environment, all settings are same, except that the service URL is empty. The dfference is shown within the attachments.

In the logs there is "error while fetching SAX JWT Token for isolationID for authenticating Generative AI gateway service - Service URL not provided"

I also checked all the necessary settings described in https://docs.pega.com/bundle/platform/page/platform/data-integration/integrating-gen-ai.html.
