FTP form session disabled

Hi ,

When i run my automation , sometimes the FTP session form gets disabled due to  modal dialog.

I don't understand this error & how to fix this in automation?

You'll need to provide more detail. A modal dialog will likely block whatever thread is being used, so you would need to operate on it from a new thread. Typically I would use a ParallelProcess component for that, but it depends on how your automation is structured.
