Add a button (Save) and called a local action.
After calling the local action (savetask) when Complete (submit button for the connector flow action) clicks it stays in same harness.
clicking Complete button second time it finishes the assignment and closes the work object.

somehow the localaction sticks in the assignment. thats why clicking the flowaction button behaves like local action first time.

second time it finishes the assignment and displays the harness mentioned in flow action.

But if local action savetask is not clicked flow action behaves correctly.
