To find related rules through Rule referencing in PEGA 5.2v
Hi All,
As we are unable to find related rules through Rule referencing in PEGA 5.2v,is there any alternative way to find related rules in this version.

Hi Shanmukh,
I dont have any 5.2 version so i cant confirm what is the behavior at our end. But i am curious to know which browser you are using ? If you are on some latest browser ( IE-9 or above ) , it might not load the info properly.
May be you can check the way this pzGetReferencesForRule reports work and try twiging it to get it worked for you. Just a thought !

Hi Bhattacherjee,
we are using the latest browser now but earlier we have used IE 8 even though we didn't get the related rules by clicking on rule referencing icon and also checked the way this pzGetReferencesForRule reports work but not getting this rule by searching in PEGA portal(5.2v).

Thanks for your inputs. Unfortunately I am not even able to open the 5.2 version at my end so I am not sure about the rules involved etc.
In latest release the referencing rule can be tracked manually by running an activity named "ShowReferencingRules : under Index-Reference class. You can check whether this activity exists in 5.2 or not. If yes then you can run this to get the list .
