File Listener Exception : Caught exception while executing Interaction Function, javax.resource.spi.IllegalStateException:
We are receiving the below error in our application during processing a File through File Listener. This doesnt looks like a data issue on the file. This issue is happening in production and it is not consistent. This is happening intermittently and we have to manually drop it again in landing zone.

You can try increasing Pool interval more than 60s.
and in addition, you can try adding following in weblogic-ra.xml:
"inactive-connection-timeout-seconds" element in weblogic-ra.xml to 100000

Please let me know why this is occuring intermittenly? If there is any configuration then it should happen everytime or frequently right?

In multi node environment, I suspect this would happen.
I believe that this issue not seen in development environment.
With above mentioned configuration, I hope your intermittent issue goes off.
