Field values are not picking up in startup
We are seeing the following error in logs
The Field Value with key value(s) Work-/pyStatusCustomerSat/New does not exist
and most of the field values are not populated in dev studio and even in Admin Studio .

can we add this setting in the prConfig.xml ?
