Few Cases are not commiting in Pega Application
We are integrating with some other application. where they are sending request to create a case to our Pega application, in response to their request we are sending Case-Id for them. In rare cases, we are not able to see the case id's in our Pega application for which we already sent response for their request.
even in logs we checked but we didn't find anything related to that case. There was no clue in our Pega dB also regarding that case.
could some one please help me in understanding why it's not committing for few cases? what else I need to check in the application?

Hello,
Well I guess you will have to trace the request in order to understand why the commit has been executed. What sort of request is it?

Thanks for your reply, to trace this scenario, we are not able to reproduce in lower environments. However its occurred very rare in PROD.
I checked logs, where we can see as below, apart from these I am not able to see anything suspicious

Hello,
It is always difficult to trace rare exceptions only in production. If you are not able to reproduce on lower environment, maybe you can set DEBUG on specific classes but it depends what sort of request you are talking about.
