Fetching Customer details within Strategy
When we use Real Time Event and Real time Container type Campaign, within the Strategy rule associated with the Campaign, the payload (Primary.EventPayload or Primary.ContainerPayload) will contain the customerID.
But in the strategy rule if I need more customer details then I have to look into the database/DataSet against that customerID.
Now what is the way to fetch customer details against the customerID, being within Strategy rule? using DataPage in the Data import component? that is only and best way?

Both those end points have a customer identifier as part of their call signature and when called that way, the customer data will be loaded on your behalf, so no need for the extra data pages.

I have 2 questions.
1. in which page the customer details will be loaded? in the "primary" page or within "Primary.EventPayLoad" page?
2. from where it will load the customer data? how system will know where my customer data is, whether it is database table or in DataSet, and what is the database object name?

1. Customer will be Primary.
2. Part of the Pega Marketing / CDM setup and implementation process is to detail how the system will load data. Please see the implementation documentation. The details will be version specific so see the relevant version of the documentation, but at a high level, you setup a Customer data data-flow that defines how to load data and the system will use that once configured.
