Facing NoRuleVersionWithoutCircumstance Exception

Can anyone tell me why "NoRuleVersionWithoutCircumstanceException" occurs??

Hi Venkatesh,

This exception is thrown during Rule Resolution if there is no default Rule version found.  A default Rule version is one that is not qualified by a Circumstance, Circumstance Date, or date range.
 If during Rule Resolution processing all the following are true, then this exception is thrown:

  •  No acceptable Rule version was found
  • Qualified Rule versions were found, but none of them were a match
  • No default Rule version was found

This exception is generated by system (i.e:AES)  when the rule resolution picks circumstanced version of the rule, and whose availability of base version of that rule is "Not Available"
