Facing issue while converting Summary Views to Report Definitions

 Hi,

 I am converting a summary view to report definition using the wizard. The summary view has "Show glimpse of record"  and an on click OOTB activity "Show" enabled because of which, while running the summary view and on clicking any row from the drilled down report, the details of the selected row is shown in the bottom frame with buttons to open in Review or Perform mode and also the History and Attachments of the selected case. How to implement the same thing through report definition because in report definition, we do not have this feature?

Hi 

I think Chiranjeet is looking for a report defintion equivalent of the following setting in Summary view. Not sure if there is one

Hi Chiranjeet,
To implement the requirement in report definition, you need to reconsider your design of RD. Unfortunately with the smart Info cannot achieve your requirement. The purpose of the smart info is to provide a summary of the case in short.

I would suggest to consider the row key Settings in Data Access tab. This will allow the user to open the case from the Report Definition. Can you share the screenshots of each tab in the report definition, if possible?

  Hi Naren,

  Thanks for your reply! I have implemented the logic to open the case on click of the row but previously, we used to show the glimpse of record at the bottom(as provided in the screenshot document) below the report definition result set. This is the functionality which i am facing problem in implementing through report definition.
