I'm currently extracting multiple tables from Pega to teradata using BIX. When I select to have more than 1 row updated at a time I receive this error

Severe SQL Exception: [Teradata JDBC Driver] [TeraJDBC  Proprietary information hidden] [Error 1382] [SQLState HY000] The batch is empty

regardless if I select 2, 3, 10, 15 etc records to be updated at a time. This problem is occurring more frequently when I extract a Work class and accompanying Data classes (these generate separate tables in the DB.)

To clarify, this error does not happen when only one record is updated at a time.

We are running pega version 7.21

Any advice at where to look to find the root cause of this issue?
