Extract a row on specific condition from excel

Dear all,

Is there a way I can extract a particular row from an excel sheet based on a condition. For e.g if I have a spreadsheet of addresses where a each row has an address of user on different cells and suppose they have an ID (like a primary key in a db). Please explain me if I can extract information from any row based on this ID

You can search one columns rows until you find the right ID, then extract data from a different column on the same row.
