Export to PDF functionality is not working fine
Hi,
I had requirement to export the data to pdf file .I had used report definition to fetch data & am calling report definition & exporting data to pdf using pzViewExportToPDF OOTB activity. I am getting data in pdf but data is getting trimmed for some of columns in exported pdf if string length is more & alignment of columns, back ground styling is different & grid loses all formatting.I checked pdn & found the hot fix SA-38698 (https://community.pega.com/support/support-articles/export-pdf-issues-report-definition).
Will the hotfix resolve the above issue ? & could you please provide solution or any valuable input that could resolve the issue.

Hi Anudeep,
SA-38698 is for Pega 7.2.2, what is the Pega version your application makes use of?
Hfix provided under this SA seems to be addressing issue w.r.t column headers not visible

Issue could be the following markup passed to pd4ml and due to extra space in the beginning, the data is getting pushed towards right and we are seeing the data truncation

Add the following style in pyReport_ExportToPdfStyles.css

display: none;
}
