Export to Excel in RD is truncating value after < symbol in string

We have a property with one of the values as "ABC (<21 XYZ"). When this property is referred in a RD rule, the value is displayed correctly in the report browser. When we export the generated report in excel this value is displayed as "ABC (" the part after < is getting truncated.

Is this the expected behavior?

Hi Sam,

I have tried to replicate the issue in pega 7.4 and could see the same behavior.  But is fixed in latest release Pega 8.1.

Please let us know the version of Pega you are using.

There seems to be a hotfix for it as the issue is not reproducible in Pega 7.4 hotfix machine.
