Because the Exercise system is being allocated and reallocated to IP addresses ( so far I have seen 3 different IP addresses in the URL) - these are not "known" Internet sites, and therefore are blocked from access. This site blocking is similar to blocking for social media, file sharing sites, and so forth.

I can request Internet security to allow these sites, but I need some whitelisting rules to specify what i need. Otherwise, I will request access and when it is finally granted, it will be pointing to another site entirely.

I have been searching and cannot find any documentation relative to this.... Anyone have a clue how to define the site / IP addresses / IP ranges for the exercise system?

(Could try to download the personal system - to install on the desktop, however there is red tape there too since PCs are locked down).
