Executing report definition based on custom filters.
I have a report definition where I created a custom section parameter based on a specific date. I have added an pre load activity on a dynamic layout and in the activity set a default date. The date appears when I execute a report but the results do not appear based on the date until I click the Apply filter button. Is there anyway to make the results appear right away when the report is executed?

Is the default date you used to set in the pre load activity is available in the clipboard after the activity run? Are you using the same property in the filters, Please also check the format of the date you applying.

@Hanuprasadit is available on the clipboard after the activity is run. I am using the same properties in the filter. It is a date property. Format should not matter. It shows mm/dd/yyyy in the parameter filter of the report. On the clipboard it is yyyymmdd. It always displays this way. It does not matter.

By any chance is the field "Prompt for filter changes before displaying report" in your report definition "Report Viewer" tab checked? If yes, can you please try unchecking that and then execute the report?

@SrijitaB No it does not prompt just displays the date. "Prompt for filter changes before displaying report" is not checked.
