Excluding Weekends and Holidays from Report Definition

I have a requirment a calculate the date difference excluding the weekends and US holidays through the Report definition.

However, I was able to exclude the weekends using a Function Alias but cannot exclude the holidays from it.

Can you please suggest solution.
