Are you talking about "my support portal " in PDN ?
Our support portal server was going thru monthly maintenance operation and perhaps that is the reason you saw this error popping up !

yes my support portal in pdn, May be , but the maintenance completed before yesterday, I received it today.

No Issue in the support portal site, that was a scenario of stailed session/ expired session.
Thought if I can find / highlight a bug will be appreciated âº
Will update the post if I find something around this. âº

Exception (Validation error ) is seen after creating the case , when appropriate input is given during the Case Creation screen in dev the caseis getting created but with Exception so kindly help how to move out of the scenario and No OOTB is assighned to relsolve the Exception error (Validation error ), if OOTB was available the rule might have been copied from OOTB to Dev and Exception Error (Validation error ) after creating the case have been Resolved ,So that is not happening here KINDLY HELP.!!!! !
