Clipboard to see without dev portal

I need to see clipboard values in pega 7.1.8, but i do not have access dev portal because it testing environment. to see clipboard is there any alternative option there?

Adding to Raviteja Chatakondu's response. To have access from SMA need to modify below settings from prmbeans.properties file

#Default MBean security configuration.

deny.DatabaseManagement.DatabaseConnectionDetails = true

deny.RequestorManagement.RequestorDetails = false

deny.RequestorManagement.Clipboard = false
