We need to have the CustomerData schema connected to our on-prem DB (that would be an external PostgreSQL DB) from Pega cloud. I couldn't find any of the similar postings with details of the connectivity.

For on-prem Pega installation it would be a straightforward internal connectivity with internal DB.

Is there any procedure to be followed please? What would be the part from Pega cloud team? Do we need their help on this or we can do on our own as it is on PegaCloud. If anyone can suggest a document link that would be also great. Thanks.
