Error while importing Product that includes only FieldValues

I have a production RSV that includes only field values and there are around 20K field values in this RSV.When i am importing a product that inlcused this RSV, i am getting below error.Please help.

java.lang.IndexOutOfBoundsException: Index: 2000, Size: 1000
at java.util.ArrayList.get(ArrayList.java:360)
at com.pega.pegarules.data.internal.clipboard.ClipboardPropertyBase.getPropertyValue(ClipboardPropertyBase.java:1512)
