I hope this is because of missing ActiveX control in your browser. You can see whether Pegasystem specific ActiveX controls installed in your browser. This can be done via the tool provided in the build or do it on the fly on the need basis.

We have got a different team who manage Citrix server so not sure what exactly they did on the server. As far as I know, they reset my profile which eventually reset browser settings and deleted all the browser history. Hope this helps.
