Error when trying to invoke Jenkins from Pega deployment manager

I'm getting below error when trying to invoke Jenkins build from deployment manager

ERROR Jenkins task failed. Reason: the HTTP response code of 403 indicated a client error. The response data may contain a reason.

Hi Team,

I have created a Pipeline using Deployment Manger(03.03.01) in Pega 7.3. Configured a Jenkins job as per the documentation mentioned in the below URL.

Deployment manager is hitting the Jenkins job but showing the console output as "BUILD FAILURE". Please find the attachments and help me in understanding BuildID and CallBackURL parameters; and the CURL script in post build action. Also let me know if I need to change any value in the CURL script.
