The Jenkins server is not reachable with deployment manager 4.8

I am trying to connect to jenkin by providing the orchestration server url and Authentication profile but i am keep on getting the The Jenkins server is not reachable error

I have referred below link to setup the pipeline in Pega.

Hi Ganesh,

The configuration seem fine to me, we may need to troubleshoot the connectivity between Jenkins server and Pega node by going through the logs.

We recommend creating a support request through My Support Portal as Deployment Manager is a fully supported application now. The support organization will be able to keep track of your request(even if long running) and will also give the option to upload logs etc.
