Error on startup after initial deployment

Installing Pega 7.22 using apache tomcat 9 and postgreSQL9.4. After following the installation instructions I receive the error HTTP Status 503 – Service Unavailable trying to log in for the first time.

I have included the log file that seems to be indicating a null pointer exception after trying to initialize the nodes.

Any help would be appreciated.

what is the java version used at your end and also JAVA_Home and path variabel are set proprly?

Is it possible for you to attach context.xml and prconfig.xml by masking credentials to cross check DB info .

add below to prconfig file with your own cluster name and try:

prconfig/identification/cluster/name.

And PFB the reference for contect.xml configuration:

Thank you for your help. I am finally getting back to this.

I have verified that my JAVA_HOME is C:\Java\jdk-10.0.1 and my java version is 10.0.1.

I have tried adding the node to prconfig as suggested above. I am still unable to access the implementation.

currently the page displays a 503  error with the message: "PegaRULES server not available"

I have uploaded the context and prconfig files as requested.
