Error in row insertion in a Data table

Hi Folks,

I am facing an issue while trying to insert a row in a data table, throwing the below error :

Status fail
Message javax/transaction/UserTransaction
Operator ID **************
Requestor ID **************
Timestamp Thu May 17 03:19:22 EDT 2018
Engine Version PegaRULES 6.1 SP2 (coreBuild_060120_0161)

Can you please suggest the root cause for this issue?
