error key not valid in specified state

Hello,

when I try to run the bot in Pega Robotics Studio in a virtual machine, i get the attached error. If i press ok the bot will run as expected. Same problem if i deploy the project and run through Runtime.

When i was running in a physical machine i never had this error.

Could someone please help me?

I am not sure of what that error means nor have I ever seen it, however from the stack trace it looks like the problem is with your credentials being invalid. I would guess that support would know what the issue is. I would suggest that you open a support case to get this examined. If you do, record the case number in this post so that the resolution can be added. If you just want to get moving, you might try deleting ASO.db in %AppData%\Pegasystems. You'll need to enter your credentials again however.
