Getting "Unable to find assignee email address to send 'Validation after Robotic Automation failed' to." error in RPA
We are automating cases in AS400. Robot has picked case from queue and processed. Control moved to home screen after process.
But in PEGA case shows it remains in Robot Queue and getting below error in Audit history.
Unable to find assignee email address to send 'Validation after Robotic Automation failed' to.
Any idea how to fix this issue.

This looks like a message from your Pega case or Pega Platform application. I would look there as this has happened after the bot had already processed the work item unsuccessfully.

@ThomasSasnett As you have mentioned , there was an invalid email address which was fixed .Even then ,we are seeing the same message Unable to find assignee email address to send 'Validation after Robotic Automation failed' to." error in RPA.Need help .Traced the case several times .Dont see an issue with datamodel as well

@VijiR342 I would suggest opening a support case as it is probably something that can be determined by looking at your PegaRULES logs. If you do open a support case, please update the post with the number, so that we can add any resolutions to the post.
