Error deserializing design component- connectableMethod1 could not find instance matching

I have converted an open span project to Pega 8.0. while executing am getting below error.

Make sure that particular automation does not contain any unconnected controls.
Some times you used specific property/method  of some control or forms in automation and you deleted those controls or forms alone. Then the properties/methods of that control will remain in red colored. In such cases delete every thing which is not connected save it clean and rebuild the solution.
