Error 500 when calling Pega API to create a Case (Pega 8.4.0 - Cloud Environment)

Hi,

There's a business requirement to integrate third party web and mobile apps with our Next Best Action Advisor Pega Platform through Pega API.

I've tried to create a Next Best Action Advisor case (LocalOfferAdvisor) using Pega API but always get Error 500.

The error is produced in activity Work-pzCheckFieldSecurity.

Attached you can find images of the request, tracer and exception.

Can anyone help me on this?
