I am working on a proof of concept to demonstrate how an attended robot can be triggered from a Pega case.

My main concern is around configuring this using Constellation UI services. Based on the documentation, the setup appears to be quite complex, as it requires prior knowledge of Docker and Kubernetes.

I’m reaching out to see if anyone has experience with this approach or can provide guidance or best practices to simplify the configuration.
