Emails Count in Inbox of an Email Server

Hello,

We have a requirement to build dashboard to view organisation workload. One of the workload sources is email and we need to display number of emails in the Inbox as it defines the workload through email. In other words when an email is moved from inbox to any subfolder the current number of items in inbox reduces and this count is needed for current workload which should be displayed on dashboard built in Pega.

Any suggestions would be appreciated.

No. Workload here refers to the number of emails in the inbox based on which offline work would be done. Pega is used as a dashboard to display the count of emails at a point of time to indicate workload at that point of time.
