EDT in @FormatDateTime(@getCurrentTimeStamp(), "", "EDT", "") does not work

If this formula is supposed to return EDT(with day light savings), then it doesnt.

@FormatDateTime(@getCurrentTimeStamp(), "", "EDT", "")

This returns the same result as @FormatDateTime(@getCurrentTimeStamp(), "", "GMT", "")

Is there a solution for this?
