Edit CSV File in Pega Marketig

hi.
As I importing customer data, Name(pyFullName) is grabled.
I want to import Name as Japanese.

Maybe I think string code of my CSV file isn't UTF8.

Is it possible for Pega Marketing to identify Shift-Jis by default??
