Dynamic routing of wait shape
Hi!
Background The users of our application belong to different offices, with different work baskets. We have constructed a flow with a wait shape and a following assignment. We want the wait activity to be routed to the work basket of the correct office.
Issue In other parts of the application we've used a decision table to perform the correct routing, but in the wait shape under Advanced Wait Options, we're only able to set one specific Workbasket. I.e. hard code it.
How can we configurate the routing of the wait shape to be more dynamic?

Usually the routing inside Wait shape isn't so important. Most of the time it is actually invisible for users. The most important part is the next routing operation after the Wait shape when arriving on next assignment.

Yes, I'm aware that it's not as important as routing the next assignment. However, since you're able to continue the process manually while within a wait, we would have found it helpful to sort these according to the operators offices. That way, anyone within that office could see the wait list and pick up to continue if required.
But if I understand you correctly - this can't be done in the current technology?

Hi,
Dynamic Class Referencing concept can be used for dynamically referring the workbasket.
Have a Data Page sourced by Data Transform to give you the required workbasket based on input parameters.
Refer that data page in the workbasket field on the wait shape.
